Right we have mechanical problems, we have arrived at Uppington in the northen Cape and have a heating problem. By absolute chance there is an autogyro factory in Uppington and a RAF training centre. They manufacture the RAF 2000. See www Rafsa.co.za . They have been absolute stars.
Eben, one of the men here, has christened our gyro “GLAMANZI” . This is the name of the spook that causes problems in the night so that something that works today does not work in the morning. Rotex have been contacted and they have the parts to fix it. I think that we are another day late.
